INFORMATION ON EXERCISING THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE THE AGREEMENT
You have the right to terminate the following agreement within 14 days without disclosing any cause. The date of possible agreement termination must be within 14 days from the day of obtaining the goods or in which a third party, with an exception of the courier, appointed by you obtained them.
To exercise your right to terminate the agreement, you must inform Rest – Krak Gastrox Sp. z o.o. with its registered office at Stefana Batorego 16, 34-300 Żywiec (sklep.gorlaskiepraliny.pl) of your decision via an expressive statement (for example sent via mail or e-mail).
You may use the model form of agreement termination, however, it is not obligatory. To meet the date of agreement termination, you need to inform us of exercising your right of agreement termination before the date of possible agreement termination.
In the case of termination the agreement, we return all payments we received from you, including the shipping cost (except for additional costs resulting from selection of delivery method other than the cheapest one offered by us) without any delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day we have been informed about your decision to execute your right of terminating the agreement. The return of the payment will be conducted using the same payment method as it was used by you in the first transaction, unless you explicitly consent to a different method, in any case, you bear no costs related to the refund.
We may withhold return of the payment until we receive the products or proof of it having been sent to us, depending on which event occurs earlier.
Please send back the product immediately, and in any case no later than 14 days from the day of informing us of agreement termination. The date is considered observed as long as you send back the product within 14 days. The goods shall be returned to the following address: Góralskie Praliny, Droga do Samków 10, 34-500 Zakopane.
You will need to bear the direct cost of product return.
You are responsible solely for devaluation of product resulting from using it in a way other than it was necessary to determine its character, features, and functioning.
